Why can’t Uranium copy a remote SQL Server backup to common destinations?

Permissions must be carefully configured when you set up a remote SQL Server backup with both main and common destinations. Uranium requires the access to the main backup destination through administrative share (C$).

To allow Uranium the access to the main destination you must specify the access credentials of the remote server, clicking on the key button like showed in the screenshot below:
